I bought this for my boy's birthday which was yesterday. It couldn't have gone any better. The assembly was easy enough. He absolutely loves it, he's inseparable from the keys, I found him sleeping with them in his hand. He's been all round the garden, driven his big sister about in it and several times I found them just sat in the buggy enjoying listening to the stereo. The remote control is very useful when some grownup intervention is needed, and it doubles up as a remote control car for grownups once the kids are in bed!
Very impressed with it, fantastic value for money. I want a bigger one for myself now.

I bought my 4 year old boy a Vulcan Carbon 24v jeep. I tried charging it up on Christmas eve but it wouldn't charge. I sent an email not expecting it to be sorted out for Christmas morning but one of the owners (who was on holiday in Europe) phoned me and talked me through the problem, turns out they can't transport live batteries so it needed plugging in under the bonnet.
Then just recently I lost the charger and remote! Once again Richard sorted it out for me and I received replacements in a couple of days. You don't get that kind of personal service from other companies so I would definitely recommend this company. And my son was very happy with his new jeep.
My swing turned up in 24 hours.The package turned up torn and dented.However,the swing inside was fantastic and not damaged in anyway
The 3 in 1 swing is remarkably easy to assemble, with clear instructions. It's sturdy and looks good. The seat height for the swing is easily adjustable.
It was delivered well within the proposed time frame.

Have been looking for a spare battery for UTV-MX 2021, but could not find one that clearly stated it was the correct one, Placed an order online with titan toys, then received a phone call from the sales team to go through the battery required to ensure it was the correct one being sent out. We bought the 2 in 1 Wooden Swing Set for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday and she absolutely loves it. I sent a message straight after placing the order to ask to change the seat colour, got a reply soon after, all sorted quickly and efficiently. Delivery was quicker than expected and everything was really well wrapped and protected. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Superb off road quad / buggy, genuinely works on all terrain, we live on a farm with bumpy gravel roads/grass/hills and it does brilliantly!! Build quality is excellent, the tyres make the world of difference to the usual solid plastic things that just spin on anything but tarmac. The Titan toys team built the quad really well so all I had to do was plug in one connector and it was charged and ready to use, my daughter loves it, so much so that she never wants to get out the thing!!
Remote works perfectly but use decent batteries, range is much better than I’d imagined too. Delivery was eventually free, delivered quickly and kept informed at all stages. If you’re in the market for one of these don’t bother wasting money on anything else, it’s worth the extra, seriously!!

Got the Audi RS6 for daughters birthday, waited to last minute looking around everywhere until I came across titan toys, very reasonable prices and great service that ensured I got it on time. My daughter was absolutely over the mood to see she had her own wee car (extremely realistic) and we now spend hours out on it. Fab that she can control it herself yet I can also take control using the remote included.
Recently ordered a Vulcan Carbon for my son's 4th birthday, ordered a little late on the weekend as sons birthday was the following Wednesday. Called on the Monday on the off chance they may be able to get to me for the Wednesday and spoke to a very lovely, helpful guy who explained they get shipped from somewhere else and take 5 business days so he could get here that week but not for Wednesday, as I say I called on the off chance and was fine with this.
Low and behold Wednesday comes, I drop my son at Pre-School and an hour later it arrived, plenty of time for us to charge it and setup before I had to collect him at 3.
The car is amazing! He has spent so much time driving it around with his 5 year old sister, they love it. It was easy to put together, incredibly robust, the battery lasts long enough for them to come back and park it up before it's run out, having driven around on rough terrain with the sound system going for hours.
Brilliant product and great customer service, would definitely recommend both this product and Titan Toys in general, cannot fault and will buy from again in the future.
Ordered the Neo for our wee boys birthday and it was held up by courier but the guys at titan were very helpful and we sorted a back up plan if req. The car was easy enough to build up and charging was fast. It has a fair amount of Torque, enough to climb a few stairs as we found out!! Just be aware of battery charge as it has no freewheel function to lift and pull. Altogether a great service and will definitely use Titan again. Thanks guys.
